Buying advice: car wash equipment

Foam cannons attach to pressure washers for thick foam. Foam guns work with a garden hose but produce wetter foam.
One bucket holds soap — the other rinses the mitt. Grit guards trap dirt at the bottom.
Microfiber or chenille mitts hold suds and release dirt in the rinse bucket. Replace dropped mitts or rinse them thoroughly.
Large — plush microfiber towels absorb water without dragging. Blot or pull gently instead of scrubbing.
pH-neutral car soap protects wax and coatings. Wash in shade so soap doesn't dry on the paint.
