Best Budget
PORTER-CABLE Random Orbit Sander, 5-Inch (382)

Best budget random orbital sander. Its case rests on the most affordable functional random orbital sander and dust-sealed switch -- the switch is the most failure-prone part of budget sanders. One caveat, no variable speed -- runs at one speed only.
